Owww Jenny, has he been to the vets recently, hope its just old age and nothing more serious (not trying to scare you here)
Give him plenty of Vit C, and Sunflower oil (yes the one from the supermarket)
As for your spellings, check mine out!!!!

Look hen you are only keeping him for your own reasons, he looks so tired.
His eyes look as though they are saying Mum i need my rest.
Dont get him any wheels thats cruel.
Why dont you get a puppy now and then it will be easier when the time comes.
I have never let a dog get into a state, i put them to Rainbow Bridge for their dignaty.

I feel for him, i am only trying to be kind, dont make him suffer Hen, he has served you well.
I think that you should listen to the experts, they know best, they know wot they are talking about, you only a have a limited knowledge on wot he is suffering.
Bless you both.

Jenny
I feel for you, what a dicision to make, if you had seen me when I had to put my cat to sleep, you would of thought I had just lost a child.
The decision has to be yours, but I would seriously listen and take your vets advice.
OMG don't know what to say
If it should be that I grow weak.
And the pain keep me from my sleep,
Then you most do what must be done,
For this last battle can’t be won.
You will be sad . I understand,
Don’t let your grief then stay your hand,
For this day more than the rest,
Your love for me will stand the test.
We’ve had so many happy years,
What is to come can hold no fears,
You’d not want me to suffer so,
The time has come please let me go.
Take me to where my needs they’ll tend,
And please stay with me till the end,
Hold me firm and speak to me,
Until me eye’s can no longer see.
I know in time you’ll see, the kindness that you did for me,
Although my tail it’s last has waved,
From the pain and suffering I have been saved.
Please do not grieve it must be you,
Who has this thing to do,
We’ve been so close, we two these years,
Don’t let your heart hold back the tears
