Magnetic collar

Hi again, just wondering if anyone has any experience of magnetic collars,I have heard of them, and thinking of getting one for my old lad if its likely to help him. If anyone recommends them can you let me know where I can obtain one from? Thanks,Carol

Hi Carol
You can buy them from here
http://cnb-host2.clickandbuild.com/c...agnets4health?

I used a bio-flow one on a dog with DM, when he was pts I borrowed it to some one else with a dog with DM in both cases it improved and slowed down the deteriation. I currently have the collar on a dog with ED, although it doesnt have appeared to make a difference having said that he is on a maintenence dose of Cosequin DS so allow having a elbow score of 3 he shows no clinical signs.

Hello

Do you need to wait until your GSD is older, or does it help for them to wear these collars as young as possible? What are your thoughts on this?

I bought a bioflow collar for Karleigh last August and I will confidently say that it gave her a good quality of life untill cancer caught up with her in March. I by no means regret doing it as it made the world of difference but you can't cheat the grim reaper, but she had a happy few months I don't think she would have had otherwise. All the best, Kirstie.
