Del's arthritis

I woukd just like to share with you (as I know you will know how I feel!) that on Saturday morning my 9 year old arthritic boy jumped clear up a 4ft wall/moat/ditch thing in hot persuit of a rabbit! I couldn't believe it! He hasn't been stiff on the dodgy elbow for aaaaages and I knew he was feeling 'well' lately but I'm gobsmacked!

I really must try and get some vidoe footage of our walks so you can him in action lol

OMG Beki you should have seen him go lol like a little black rocket! Nowhere near Jerry Lee mind you (I'm still convinced he's part greyhound?!) but for 9 years old I am thrilled with him!

Hi Faye

As the owner of an older arthritic dog I know exactly how you feel! It's wonderful isn't it - to see them do something that you thought they'd never do again.

Good boy Del - it must be what you're feeding him on...

I think our seniors have such a zest for life..
