Totally agree with this. When I ran a training school often people would come and say he/she is impossible. After 10mins could say who was impossible and it very often wasn't the dog.

yup agreed. if i get frustrated and feel im loosing patience which isnt often i take time out.. angry impatient owner makes for a confused dog..
