I watched it and was appalled....there was absolutely no need for that dog to have been shot
 I hope they prosecute that officer!!!!!Funny how the officer originally said that he feared for his life but yet when the owner said she had the whole incident on camera, his story suddenly changed...what a complete b******!!!!!!!
