I would say that if he is burying it then you are feeding him too much,.... you say that he eats in the evening,..well its best to feed twice a day, so split his food between two meals..... what are you feeding Oscar?

I dont quiet understand yet, the one problem people have with raw food, is that they tend to put on too much weight, yet you say Oscar isnt yet he seems to be getting too much

Green tripe [ stomach lining ] is great for dogs, but that is also very fattening,.. normaly

dont forget fish,..great dog food,... some dogs dont like all type

You can get green tripe frozen from Pets at Home although it can be expensive. If you are feeding raw full time now I suggest going through a raw pet food supplier.
Tripe proved excellent at putting weight onto our boy. x

I buy frozen green tripe chunks from the pet store. As already said, it's high in fat so puts weight on very easily. But it's also good for minerals etc. Whatever you do, don't cook it - the smell is disgusting & will cling to your house for days!

I always feed twice a day, right through the dog's life. Also, you often don't need to feed as much raw as you do commercial food. If he's burying food it's because he's had enough, but doesn't want to lose it. If he was leaving it because didn't like it, he'd just leave it alone.
