he gone back the dogs home now, they promised me they will do all they can, they know storm and know all his issues, they will look after him and really try to find him a home before they do anything else, I have posted him on the BGSD site before with no luck, I will also carry on looking for a home, I was wondering about the RAF they take dogs up to 3yrs, not really what I wanted for him but might be better then the well you know.

The Police may also consider him:

Strathclyde Police - Urgent Appeal for German Shepherds

or:

BBC - Bradford and West Yorkshire - Features - WANTED: Police dogs!

I know they say for West Yorkshire 18 months is the limit but they may look at dogs that are slightly older if they are suitable.

I have decided not to have another dog I just get to attached, I have had dogs all my life Storm was the hardest dog and gave me the most trouble ect,
but he allso was by far my most favorite dog, I think I failed him

I agree with Beki you didn't fail him but perhaps now isn't the time to look for another....take some time to get your head together and then decide but it sounds to me you have a lot to give another furball when the time is right.

I have emailed the rescue centre where I put him but had no reply at all, I will try again, I allso emailed several police forces and the RAF and the animal defence leage with all the info on storm and his new contact details, on the off chance they might take him, some of them will take dogs up to 3yrs,
I am still very upset over storm I wept yet again on sunday morning, my heart aches and I miss him, Ived never felt like this before over anyone animal or person, I will not be having another dog anymore I love them too much, if I ever do get any info on storm I will let you know
