Free food (not for the squeamish)

Ok I got a fresh baby rabbit today courtesy of a farm cat. I've put it whole in the freezer.

How long should I keep it frozen to kill parasites?

Was thinking of slitting its belly before giving to the dog or he won't know what to do with it... he's not had a raw bunny before.

Advice anyone?

I would leave it frozen for 24 hours, that should kill off anything bad,.. you could slit the bellie,..if you do then you may as well gut it,..although I am sure your dog will know what to do before too long
