Coda is hyper!!

Hi i have finally cracked Codas barking at other dogs, she is doing so well. But her other problem is how hyper she is sometimes i think she has ADHD . I got to thinking that maybe it is what i feed her, does anyone know of a good food, be it dog food or some other natural food that i can feed her to maybe see if it her diet? Naomi

She has a food from our local farm shop, its called shepherds choice

I havent heard of this food sorry Naomi, but some foods can cause hyperactivity in dogs, and there are no hard and fast rules which food trigger which dogs.

is Coda working lines or show lines? I have heard about the shepherd food, used it before... now I am feeding sportsman`s pride

working lines is more hyper...maybe the problem is there

I agree with Eve,..Kee is working line,..and she is so hyper, far more than the others,..she is fed a raw diet, but it was the same when we first got her, so I dont think a diet is/will be the cause.

I think they are simply in need of more activities, if not walking out, then mind games, finding/scenting games, being taught something along these lines,... something extra to keep their minds active and tire them out more
