Shrap has a spectacular aura about
As far as I'm aware, most mixers have a high carbohydrate content. Dogs have no nutritional requirement for carbs... You'd be better off with a higher quality dry food like orijen. I'm sure someone with a lot more knowledge of mixers etc. will be along soon though

If you are feeding natures menu it is complete and already as carbs in it so no need to add

There are sooo many mixers /dry food about, it's a bit of a lottery - content/price etc

Price doesn't matter, what does is your dog liking it + not having any probs. Mine have Eukanuba (for now, getting too expensive!!!) so I'll gradually mix in something less expensive but as long as they are eating + no health probs then we're all happy

xx

I personally wouldn't bother with mixer. If you're feeding a complete food there's no need. I occasionally get some bonios for Dempsey but they're just for treats, not part of his food.
