ive just brought rowdy a large black kong to keep himself entertained rather than annoying me most the time! i absolutly refuse to pay for the fillings they recommend, i know that peanut butter is one that you can put in but he doesnt seenm to go for it! (and hes not a fussy eater!)
Get some el cheapo chicken roll slices, peel them off and shove them in so nearly at the top. Break some gravy bones or similar and wedge across the top hole, and top with primula squeezy cheese.
Or kibble mixed with a tin of sardines, shove that in and top off with squeezy cheese.

Dogs love cheese, and can have it in small amounts like any treat. My tip - buy more than one kong, then you can always have one in the freezer. I freeze it for a few hours. Filling needs to be a bit moist so the dog has to work at getting it out. Some tinned fish stuffed in tight works well.
Zee slams her kong on the ground - she's worked out that loosens the contents!

ooh thats a good idea never thought of that, although the price of them it may have to wait till next pay day!
unfortunatly im allergic to fish (the oil) so we have a fish free house, really sensitive to it (i have to watch chip shops as most places fry the chips in the same oil used to fry thhe fish!!GRRR!!!)
how long do your kongs last for as rowdy loves to chew things till they no longer exsit (including socks of the radiators!)

Pre-made ice cubes the ones you make in the bags! Bonnie throws her kong around until they fall out so she can chase them around the floor then eat them
