I am sure from what I have read that he will benefit from the change. Perhaps you could keep updating the post as he progresses from one to the other. This would help many of us that are considering the change

How is your boy doing on the raw? he still on it?

Thanks for sharing the link, I am going to give 'rawtogo' a go it's just what I was looking for.

I picked up some mince for Zak last night as hes not been eating, He was sniffing the bag the moment I walked through the door. As I was putting some in his bowl a few hours later he kept sniffing and crying lol, I popped in the front room with his bowl to show my daughter and he followed jumping up me lol.

The moment I put it down he had eaten it, and then kept going back to the bowl to relick it clean.

Same again this morning. Defiantly going to try him on raw and hope it works out. Thanks!

Its funny you should say that, I was watching an article by some hot chick doctor on feeding raw on youtube last nite, she said you need to freeze the beef for 3 hours minimum to kill the bacteria that can harm the dog.

Think I am going to get another chest freezer for my bubba and stick it in the spare room.

Thanks for the info tho xx

Just so you're aware... When you freeze meat, it only puts the bacteria in a dormant state, therefore doesn't kill it, so when you defrost it, it starts to "live" again
