I personally don't feed wet tinned so tbh I really don't know. If you can feel the ribs but not see them and they have a waist she is the correct weight, if you can't feel the ribs she's overweight and I would cut the food down a bit.

Which is the most healthiest food for a GSD, I have done some research but their is never one brand that sticks out, everyone uses different i.e Dry, Raw & Wet

I am just sticking to what her previous owners fed her so i dont upset her stomach, only untill i find a suitable Dish

I've moved this onto another part of the forum so others can chip in

There are many options and it is a case of finding one that suits, some swear by raw others feed a dry complete food.

I feed my GSD Orijen 6 fish, he has a sensitive tum and he's great on this. My EBT eats Arden Grange and does really well on it. Other good dry foods are Burns, Royal Canin GSD specific, Wainwrights....err can't think of any more but there is a thread of this somewhere I'll see if I can find it. Found one....read this thread http://www.mygermanshepherd.co.uk/fo...-week-pup.html

If you are going to change the food over you will need to wean her off slowly to avoid an upset tummy, so just start mixing in some of the new food with what she is currently eating and increase over a period of a week or two.
