help needed please

Would some kind person please tell me how to make liver cake. I have got liver, garlic ,flour,eggs. How do I go about turning it into a cake? I know it has been on here before, but I need help, step by step. Thanks for your time.

just mix together and bake on a tray, you dont want it too deep as it needs to be cut up for training
1/2lb liver 4 oz plain flour, 2 eggs 2 teaspoons garlic puree

You need to whizz up the eggs, liver and garlic in a blender first and then stir in the flour to bind it into a sort of soft dough.

Thank you Jude. I did just that. The smell doesn't smell like any cake my Mum used to bake. Thanks for the advice. Just waiting to see what Jazmin thinks about it. If she wont eat it, I'll slip it in my o/h lunch bag,and say it's a new biscuit.

The OH and kids hate it when I bake this as it stinks out the house Whereas the boys seem to have a look on their wee faces which say yipeeeee live cake again!

I'll know to wear a mask next time. Yes I'm up for making it again. Only because o/h bought me a new blender. I can guarantee it will NOT be used for anything else. Washing all that splutter off made me feel sick. Good job I love Jazmin, little minx.
