Adult food

Hi, What are the thoughts on when to change from puppy/junior food to adult? Kenzi has Royal Canin Maxi Junior and is 11 months now, she is bigger in height and weight than her mother and I amfeeling that moving her onto less protein would a good thing. The junior has 36% and the adult 24%.
