the recipe was from the link i posted earlier in this thread. its deffo not cos of the veggies, as his first veggie mix was given today and he was sick earlier. im just wondering if it just didnt sit right and the fact it was given thawed not frozen so he gulped it?

im not overally worried just yet and will carry on feeding him them and see how it goes.

Yes, if he gulped it, that could well have been the problem,...I take it he then ate it, just be aware that they will often bring it back up, if it has been swallowed and is simply too big to go down,... (you can see the dangers there}

been on raw now for few weeks, Kane is wolfing it out.

Now and again though he does some very random jet spray poops.. is it a sign that hes the type of dog that needs less variety?

What exactly are you feeding and do these bouts of 'spray poops' occur after feeding anything in particular ?

Do you know what the quantity of bone is in the 1lb meat packs ? There may not be enough bone in there to keep things solid. Try cutting out the lamb and the turkey or mixing it with chicken or rabbit to see if that helps. They maybe too fatty for him. Do you feed whole chicken pieces like carcass, wings, necks or backs or whole pieces of rabbit ?
