Oh for goodness sake silly vet you can't go by whats on a chart.
Del's perfect weight was 33kg, Jerry Lee's is 40kg and I haven't a scooby what Jack's will be yet but I do know that he is lighter than a lot of sheps on here his age. The vet I saw last night said he looked fantastic. Mind you, she's not a fan of raw feeding so was rather put out when I told her why ;-)
And just you wait until he's past a certain age and you're trying to keep the weight off him to help with his crotchety old joints

I just find it so bizarre that pets weight/being overweight/obesity etc is such a big deal now and your vet wants what sounds like a very healthy dog to be heavier. tbh I was expecting you to reply and say s/he was about 90 odd or something lol

thats what i didnt get there always moaning about pets being really heavy and having no waist yet she who was young so you,d think she be up to date with the weight issue going on with some dogs today but she wants him to be slighty over and saying that slighty over is healthy
iv posted pics in the picture forum part he is sitting so you cant really tell but you can tell he is healty looking lol

Then disregard what your vet is saying, I am shocked she's told you this!
