RAW - What a mess

Hi Can they have oily fish sardines tuna etc or is it just raw fish? feeding a gsd is a lot different from my 2 greyhounds who i do give oily fish

They most certainly can.

You can give either a mix of both, just tinned fish, or just raw fish

My two don't get fish in their diet at all as Harley is highly intollerant to it (so much so that if Jess has it, he's sick just by being next to it the weird dog), BUT they have salmon oil (which he is fine with for some reason) in every meal, so they still get some of the benefits of fish.

Fish oil is very good for the joints, so the answer is `yes`,... I hate Sardines but I think I am right in saying that tinned Sardines come in a salty brine,..so if you get these then drain away the brine before feeding.

Regarding the mix,... any fish that the dog will eat is good, although they may not like all types,.. thankfully all mine love Salmon, but only Kee likes trout.

Fish is at least equal to any meat in food value
