I still think mixing wagg with tripe is not a good idea Hon
This could be upsetting her tummy and she shouldnt be having the trots especially at her age
I would change to a better quality kibble

When I first started feeding dry, I was a bit disapointed at what came out of the other end, I was also topping up the meal with kibble

It was then suggested here that I shouldnt do that, so stopped and the difference was good solid poo, with no smell.

So even if the raw meal looks as if its not enough for the dog, dont be tempted to `top up` because they dont need so much raw because there is twice as much goodness in it.

If in doubt, look up the dogs weight against the weight that is supposed to be eating.

Hare Today, Gone Tommorow

The link above contains a good food calculator.

Smile puppy feed

HI, we have just got our second pup and had a FREEBIE from our vet last year of Royal Canin. (never heard of it before that) & we tried our then pup on it. Brilliant no problems whatsoever and they do GSD specific foods for pups or adults- Our new pup was put straight onto this 10 days ago after refusing to eat the Eukanuba sent with her and had had correct poos since. Its fairly pricy but so long as you stick to the feeding guide on the side of the bag we have had NO problems

JMO Eukanuba is an awful food
Royal canin IMO Is not that good either
Try Orijen Its something much more biologically appropriate for pups and dogs(even cats)
Best kibble around IMO of course

bonanza1 is on a distinguished road
Might be a little expensive, I never ask the wife the cost when she brings stuff home from working at the vets, but just like us dogs can get upset tummys, we tend to eat things with probiotics in them to ease ours and to boost the "good bacteria" as the adverts say and dogs can have the same such as Pro-Kolin paste, we have some food from the vets called Pro-Balance which also has probiotics in it. As I said the wife got it from work so I have no idea how much it costs and I probably don't want to know. Also Hills I/D (again expensive) helps with runny bums (and no I don't know this from using it myself)

Regards

Ian
