Ziwi Peak

There's a new (I think) product From the makers of Orijen(Bern Pet Foods) called
Ziwi Peak
Its basically air dried Raw food in a can.
Has anyone heard of this or even used it
Im thinking of getting some to try with my two
They do all sorts of flavours too

ZiwiPeak Venison & Fish 'Daily Dog' Cuisine (385g)

INGREDIENTS:
Venison - Meat (min 18.7%); Liver, Tripe, Heart and Kidney (min 26%); Fish (min 13.3%); Green-lipped and Blue Mussel (min 4%); Carrageenan; Guar Gum; Flaxseed Oil; Sodium Tripolyphosphate; Minerals; Vitamins. Calories 334 KJ/100g.

GUARANTEED ANALYSIS:
Crude Protein (min) 8.5%
Crude Fat (min) 4.5%
Vitamin A (min) 2000 IU/kg
Crude Fibre (max) 1.0%
Vitamin D3 (min) 150 IU/kg
Moisture (max) 84.0%
Vitamin E (min) 15 mg/kg
Ash (max) 2.5%
Copper (min) 2.5 mg/kg

Haven't heard of it before but sounds interesting. Don't think Mischa can have it though - she's allergic to shellfish, and although she never had mussels in her life, I remember what shrimps did to her the one time she ate one, and I don't think I would risk it! Maybe I'll get some for my second dog (when I decide which breed to get)!

Aww Poor MischaThey do Lamb and just Venison varieties too
I know some dogs are okay with shellfish
Mine have Prawns regular and blue/green algae(spirulina)added to their goats milk weekly

Yeah, can't make a choice between a Finnish Spitz finnish-spitz-thumb-334xauto-270.jpg
and a Czchoslovakian Wolfdog czechoslovakian_wolfdog.jpg
The Spitz is sweet and cuddly (and Mischa might eat it), but the wolfdog will be able to keep up with Mischa (although will be as naughty as she is!) I wish I could have them both!

All this food malarchy confuses me lol! But this sounds interesting, I bet it isn't easy to get hold of though?

maxandskye has a spectacular aura about
Linda, I hope you don't mind me saying but this food is from New Zealand. Bern pet food is just the importer / distributor the same as Orijen.
