mail order dog food??

can anyone suggest or list websites they use for mail order food. due to my recent seperation i am without a car so it would be more convinient to have food delivered to the door. a friend also said they get food alot cheaper online and as my pet monthly budget is going to have to be cut down severely by half or less that would help alot. i ususally go to PAH!

i currently buy 15 kg complete (iams/eukanuba) and about 3- 4 pouch naturediet a week. i can buy the complete in bulk and store upto 3 sacks at once. i would consider a complete change in food if anyone can suggest a good quality reasonably priced option (yes i know orijen is the best but i couldnt afford it before and certainly cant now) i will trawl through websites if you give me the links and open to suggestions. storm will eat ANYTHING!

thanks

Pets at Home do a delivery service and it is free over a certain amount.
They also have an offer on now for 10% off orders over £59.
MedicAnimals.com is another site worth looking at for worm tablets/flea products. I get Cassie's worm tablets from there.

When Ozzie was on dry food we always used this place.
Bowmeows - Royal Canin, ProPlan, James Wellbeloved, Fish4Dogs, Arden Grange, Burns, Wafcol Delivered Free of Charge
Don't know how they compare to others now, they do offers if you buy more than 1 bag at a time on some of the foods too.

Skinners dog food is cheap and pretty good quality, on some varieties you don't even have to pay VAT. Try viovet website, their delivery is usually free as well. Skinners Dog Food products for much less at VioVet (VioVet.co.uk)

I've used K9 Capers to order food (including NatureDiet) quite a lot and always had good service, and postage is free over a certain amount.

If you want a cheaper food that's not cutting too many corners in quality, I know lots of GSD owners feed CSJ food. I used it for a while as it's what Casper was fed in the rescue, I decided to switch to raw but I probably wouldn't mind feeding CSJ again if I had to - though I've since discovered that too much lamb makes my two trump and they were both a bit stinky on the lamb CSJ so I'd probably switch to chicken! You can order direct from CSJ direct and if you have room to store an extra bag, the postage is the same for 2 bags as it is for 1, so you save a little on postage that way.

Also, switching to raw didn't break the bank if you'd consider that - worked out about the same as CSJ, and my supplier delivers to my door which is handy. Just trawled Ebay for a large chest freezer and order a couple of months worth at a time.
