Sheebas Nose

Hi all ,has anyone seen anything like this?
Please can anybody help me with Sheebas nose.
I am not sure what she has done but here is what happened.
Mick came home from work on monday and she was absolutley fine he fed her let her out the back like as he always does.Within an hour her nose started bubbling up in blisters ,i came home and she looked liked a toucan. I put a cold compress on her because she had been rubbing it and made it bleed.
I put some cream on that we had from the vets for skin complaints.
The next day it was no better so we took her to the vets , they were not sure what it was but thought she may have been stung and had a reaction to it ,gave her an antibiotic injection and gave us some antibiotics to bring home and said if she is no better in a week to take her back.I don't think i can wait til tuesday cos to me it seems to be getting worse. It's very wet and keeps weeping. It looks awful but is not affecting her at all. Please see pic attached .

That looks sore, poor girl, I to would be looking at taking her back does your vets hold a Saturday morning surgery?
Is there anything she could have come into contact with in the garden? petrol, steam from boiler outlet etc.

I know it looks like she has had acid dropped on her, if this is a sting i would like to know what it was. But like i said it seems to be bothering me more than her. My poor baby i keep looking at it and she keeps looking at me as intently, she must be thinking wot u looking at.

Im wondering if its something like nasal pyoderma - the condition on the nose looks similar to something Ive seen before.
Maybe have a google and read - good luck at the vets tomorrow x

awww poor baby looks very sore!! Hope you can get some answers today for her, it does look like maybe a burn/reaction esp as you said it was bubbling (blistering) Are there any plants she could of done this on? Could someone have reached over the fence and done something? (not a nice thought i know but there are some sick people about)
