Tilly's Still Licking Paws

She's still licking + we just can't stop her. Bitter Apple spray ? nomnomnomnom

Her claws look like they need trimming + I've never had to do it before + I'm scared of hurting her. There's no puppy salon nearby now, it's closed down.

Do you think if her claws are a bit long that could make her lick her paws ?

Clutching at straws probably but I'm seriously at my wits end + don't know how to stop her

Pleeeeeeez any ideas ?

This ones a bit of a mystery
And this probably isnt what you want to hear but could it be habit??
A pedicure may help keeping them short.
You'll have to be brave and give them a trim Mate
Ive seen special impliments that sort of grind them down like an electronic nail file, maybe would be better using one of them

Yes Anni's mentioned before it could be a habit, I haven't the foggiest idea how to stop her

I get all squeamish when I think about having to trim her nails don't know why but don't they bleed if you cut them too short ? How do you know how short not to cut them ?

I'll never have another girlie she's been nothing but bluddi trouble

if her nails are light and not black you can see the vein, if they are black just cut off below where it goes thicker stick to the thin part

A friend of a friend uses it for a dog with flea allergies & it seems to sooth as soon as it's sprayed on. Of course, if it's a habit, it won't do anything.

Yes her nails are light, she has one black one, off to PAH for snippers then
