Can some one please tell me why some dogs have dry noses.
Even when they are healthy, my first love (grandmothers dog) had a nose like a biscuit.
Once a dog bit his nose and just took a chunk out of it.
His nose stayed like that all his life.
He was a well loved/fed dog.
Why the dry nose, he lived to be 17+ 1/2.

Bruni has shown no signs of being poorly, and the vet has seen her twice and said use vassaline. Having read thro, i will get her checked again, as it has flared up. im wondering if one of her new plastic toys may have aggravated it...
