Tedsmum will become famous soon enough
Beki I don't have much experience of these things but I would tend to wait and see how things go.
The fact that she swallowed it quick might be a bonus as she will not have splintered it by chewing it much.
Hope she is ok xxx

Beki you would be unlucky for it to have caused any harm. Mine have done it more than once with no harm. If she is showing no signs of distress try not to worry and let nature take its course.

Beki, Bonnie ate a whole cooked chicken carcass and was rushed off to the vets... they put there hand up her wooohooo and then gave her a GA in order to xray her ............ turned out she was just fine and no need for all the panic!!
I wouldn't worry too much and just keep a close eye on her xxx

I doubt there will be a problem, dogs guts are almost cast iron,..I have an 17 yrs old Bearded Collie, who would easily swallow a drumstick with just a few chews if I let him,... I dont if I can help it,... but there has been many times when he has,... by the time the gut has digested the meat, there is little left that could do any damage

Billy Sitch has a spectacular aura about
There's not a lot they will do, or can do, until it causes a problem. Hopefully, it won't so just keep an eye on her for blood either end and any change in demeanour.

Maybe give her something stodgy to eat like thick mash with her food as it may give the bone something to stick to.

JazzHarv is on a distinguished road
I cooked a chicken a couple of weeks ago, carved it and put the carcass in the bin. We sat eating dinner and noticed the dogs were very quiet, I went to see what they were doing and they'd pulled the carcass out the bin. They were both fine apart from a runny bum. Lesson learnt!!
