Weight?!!!
Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if you could tell me me the sex of your GSD, its age and also its weight. The reason I'm asking is because my Rio is 7 1/2 months old now and is flaming massive! We last weighed her on the 1st of July and she weighed 28.7 Ibs!!!! We've met quite a few GSD's now and ALL of them have been years old and are smaller than her! Thanks

firstly what a beautiful girl she is!
7 months old?? crikey yeh shes a biggun!  but they do shoot up within the first year or two so maybe shes doing alright..... erm my bitch is 5 months, 15kg.

Our Jazmin is female, she is nearly 28 month's old.
Her weight is 32kg= 70.55lb She was 22.7kg = 50lb at six month's Jazmin was small as she had a bad tummy bug at a young age. Although the vet now say she is perfect ( we already knew that  )She is spayed also, so now we watch her weight. Jazmin is about 24ins. Hope this help's and I'v got the conversions right. Your girl is beautiful. Mazz

Otto is 14 months old, 26 inches at his withers and just over 28kgs. You can feel his ribs but not see them. I don't think he will grow any taller but will fill out.

Hi,
Mason is younger than Rio, but when he was 5.5 months old he weighed about 26.5kg and was about 24" to the shoulder. How tall is Rio? She certainly looks big for a girlie, but not fat! The breeding will have a lot of influence on the ultimate size and a lot of longcoats that I know are bigger. She is a stunner btw. Absolutely lovely face. Sue x

Zee is 18 months at the end of August, she's spayed. Weighs 28 kg, measures 26" to the withers.
