found a lump on my baby saxon

what the hell is this i thought i was washing him the day and i thought his neck seems a bit chunky so i had a proper feel and my god it a lump with wat feels like fluid in it what the hell could it be am scared for my little baby hes only10 weeks he had his injection at 8 weeks i thought it might be the swelling off that but he would of got it straight away not two weeks l8r

whereabouts in his neck? what size it? Can you move it, does it feel hot? Maybe post a pic..

just above his sholder blade yea i can move it not to sure if its hot as its quite hot in my house but dose feel a little hotter then the rest of him its about 3inches across but not to high of the skin cant realy c it in a pick coz of his fur

Just a thought - they haven't pushed a hair in by accident with the injection and it's got infected? Happened to a cat of mine once, that.

I would think the most likely thing is a slight reaction to his jabs.
It is in the right place and it can take some time to become big enough to notice.
I would take him back to the vet pronto and have it investigated.
If it is a reaction it will just be some anti inflamitory drugs, don't worry.

Very common , its most likely a reaction to the jab. Dont psnic, check it over the next few days and mention it to the vet when you take for the next jab

thanks every one i'm normal ok about these kinds of thing when it my friends pets but for some reason i panic when it mine there my baby's lol i thought it would just be and infection off the jab but i thought with it bein two weeks ago it would of shown a lot earlier think im goin to just keep an eye on it till he gets his next jab on thur hopefully it will go down by then if not looks like Saxon goin to have a baldy patch as my vet likes to shave my pets and make them look silly lol if so i hope it grow bk on time for his fist show in October xx
