Six Weeks Since Zak's First Hip Replacement

I can't believe how fast the last 6 weeks have gone, tomorrow will be 6 weeks to the day since Zak had his left hip replaced.

This is a video of him on our walk this week, he is coming on leaps and bounds
Click the pic for the video.

Here he is later with his fav blanket.

We have just put carpet down in the front room and hallway and a large rug in the kitchen so he does not slip when out of the cage. Saturday was the first full day he spent out the cage and he loved it.

He still loves his cage though and often goes there to sleep, I am going to invest in a larger cage for him.

Aww Rich, he's looking really well. Considering the enforced rest following his op he looks in good shape and is moving well. You've done so well with his rehab. x

I also agree with what has already been said, that Zak is doing really well after the enforced rest, hope he continues to make good progress.
Lovely to see him cuddling into his blanket
