Change of Food Habits / spots

There are a couple of things, first we started our GSD's on autarky, but we found it very difficult to get hold of, especially the Puppy/Junior. We changed to Wagg and they both love it. They are both 16 months old. Storm (female) has started to eat very slowly and sometimes does not feel like eating all her food. Not sure if it is the weather, as she is drinking well and running around like a lunatic. We do separate them when they eat, as Yogi gobbles his up very quickly. Just wondering if anybody else has encountered the same sort of problem with their dogs eating habits.

Secondly, we noticed some spots on her nose and by her eye. Not sure if she has been stung (as she is always trying to catch things that fly etc) or whether they could have been heat lumps. Didn't go to the vets though, as they seem to have settled down, again just wondering if anybody else has had the same problem.
