Sore Elbow!

[Kaz and Harvey]

A few months ago Harvey had a swollen elbow, the vet gave him Metacam

Today he has started to limp again on the same leg as before, I have stretched his leg and had a feel of his elbow and he is not showing any signs of distress

We have put him on limited excersise and not letting him jump about, we have some of the metacam left so would it be ok to give it to him?
And is there anything else we can give him to try to prevent it happening again cause we dont know how he has hurt it!

It wont do any harm giving him his prescribed dose of metacam but if this continues he needs xrays to check what is going on inside the elbow joint
