When I got Zeus his breeder had fed him webbox and a mixer and he wasn't doing well on it at all. He had an upset tum and was pooing alot, so we changed his diet. It took a few attempts to find a food that suited him, pah wainwrights salmon and potato puppy was ok but he stopped eating it after a few months, so I switched to Arden Grange large breed puppy, he got bored of that aswell so switched him to raw.
Maisy was a muck machine when we got her, when she had dropped to 3 meals a day, I changed them both to a mixed diet so I could be sure that she was getting enough nutrients. They now have raw in afternoon and kibble in the evening (Zeus won't touch breakfast).
Maisy gets an upset tum if she eats too much.
Zeus poos 1-2 times per day and Maisy 2-3.

LOVEGSD is just really niceLOVEGSD is just really nice
I would suggest getting him off Bakers for a start and settling him on a good dry kibble or raw.....

Mine do 2 poos a day and it's minimal amounts....x

He's on hero dry mixer and webbox at the mo but I've had a look at a raw food company and thinking of starting him on raw chicken mince with bones, keep him on that for 2 weeks, then introduce either heart or tripe and then vary it daily for him. Gonna start him off on 2 meals a day at 1/2lb per meal until he needs more. Hoping that will be OK for him, unless he settles on the webbox and mixer in the mean time

Theres lots of advice about raw on here if you do a search i'd have a good read up as you want to make sure your giving enough types of meat/offal/bone.

The chub meat you are buying at the moment is mostly moisture:

Composition: Meat and animal derivatives, Derivatives of vegetable origin, Minerals, Herbs (min 0.1% Basil).

Analytical Constituents: Crude Protein 6.5%, Crude Fibre 0.5%, Fat Content 5%, Crude Ash 3.5%, Moisture 83%.

Additives: Antioxidants; Preservatives; Flavour; Colour.

Food is a personal preference but I would change to a better quality food as he still has alot of growing to do, you won't have to spend a fortune on it.

So you have something to compare, the ingredients in the dry food mine have are here, its quite pricey tho as its 80% meat but they seem to be doing well on it so i'm happy:

My Lukey does 2 - 3 a day and is on a rice based kibble mainly with some raw.

Burns kibble gave smallest poos. I think it's a good food but he prefers Arden Grange or Wainright's (PAH own make). Wainright's also do trays which are worth looking at if you want to feed a moist food - eg. turkey trays consist 65% turkey, 5% turkey liver and I think the rest is rice, veg and herbs and no unnecessary additives.

Sam is on Fish4Dogs adult and is still on 600g a day (2 servings) he usually goes 6-7 times a day sometimes 8... it's not really something I had thought about but I guess it is quite alot, he is healthy and perfect weight. In general his poops are well formed though they do seem to get looser during the day.

Given what's been said here I may start to feed him a bit less. Would be interested to see if you manage to get fewer poo's the less the better balancing frozen turds on my trowel is a skill I haven't quite mastered
