He had a similar lump removed from his toe last year Pam. It is right on the joint but it's definitely a lump not a swelling. Exercise makes no difference. No he's not limping Stuart, doesn't seem to bother him at all, but they have a high pain threshold.

Don't think it's a splint Liz, it's not hot to the touch + he's not lame.

He's been chucking himself round the garden all day with his boomer ball

Gonna phone vet first thing, keep you posted
