help !!!!
hi there was wondering if anyone could help me out with something, Over the last couple of days ive noticed when Lenny runs after his toys when he gets to them he slows right down and seems very uncomfortable putting weight on his hind legs, you can see he puts all weight on the front. I have checked his feet to see if there is anything stuck in him but nothing and he does not show sign of pain, even when i checked his movement in his hind legs it seemed fine and again didnt seem to bother him, its starting to worry me slightly so any advice would be much appreciated

What surface is he running on?
Maybe he has twisted his leg a bit, and is favouring the other, a bit of a strain wouldnt show you any signs

As he is slowing down to retrieve the ball he goes into a limp on his back left.

If he was ok before it is just possible that he has twisted it a bit,.. try not throwing the ball for a couple of days and let it rest a while.

Yes I agree with Stuart, I would tend to let him rest his leg for a wee while & see how it he goes.

In my opinion rest for a few days would be the ticket. If he still displays this tendency you should book him in at the vet for an examination and consult.

i lost track of the number of times i would see something similer with my dogs.I put it down to laminate flooring in the end.I think they were slipping when getting up,Again my method was not to walk for a few days and then not to walk them together for a while. Also try gently rubbing/stroking the legs and hip,to see what response you get.
