Unhappy weaning puppies

hi all you gsd lovers, we are new to the breeding scene, but trying to do everything according to top standards, including already got council licence and busy with kc licence, e have had a few litters of very lovely healthy puppies and lots of very happy customers, but with our last 2 litters both different moms they do very well up to weaning then once we seperate mom at 4.5 to 5 weeks they go downhill, start runny poohs then drops blood then dont want to eat, the last litter vet said it was a bacteria maybe of someones feet as we breed in our home and puupies a;; reared in doors, 2 days antibiotics and it went but how can that happen everytime, weve ebven tried royal canin thinking it was the food, then we thought it was the under floor heating so turn it all off, any help out there, different vets and people give different info and opinions, weve been told scrambled egg and chicken and rice by vet for runny tumms but nothing seems to work, were we bought 2 of our pups from top breeder they used pedigree chum puppy and tripe and scraps.
we worm them every 2 weeks and the moms and dad we use stronghold through out the year, please are there any nice breeders out there that are willing to share some of there advice, many thanks debbie

wildmoor has disabled reputation
perhaps you are trying to rush the process it should be done gradually from the age of 3 1/2 to 4wks for a period of 3 weeks.

What are you using?

joyce will become famous soon enough
What food are you weaning them on, What wormer are you using. If the vet has prescribed antibiotics my first thoughts would be infection, What was the time scale between the two affected litters, could it be the first litter had an infection and it is something that is lying dormant on the premises that has infected the second litter.
