I'd say the tracking was fair considering the dog only missed one corner and the rest of the track was pretty perfect. The other thing about the track that you can't see from the video is even when the dog was having difficulty he was given no extra commands, help or encouragement from the handler.
You could argue a point or two in the retrieves in the obedience and the sit was a bit slower compared to the other positions but everything was correct and energetic.
Protection there are a few problems with the guarding, the dog looks a little on the edge but still maintains control throughout and the hide search was a bit wide.
Overall I'd say it was pretty fair and concede that perhaps in a bigger trial he might loose a few here and there depending on the day and I definitely see your point.
Though I'm not at all offended by what you've said I do find it a tiny bit unsportsman like to flatly question a judges scoring. The dog has been schutzhund trialled at 3 different clubs under 3 different SV judges in 3 different countries and got 293, 285, 292 which is pretty consistent considering.
What score would you have given it?
