getting to that age

sams growing fast and finding his feet very much so. loving his food ( a bit too much) and had started to yelp and tell the other 2 off sometimes if they go too near his bowl.. (always fed them together in a small kitchen so think he just becoming a teenager)..never a problem when human interferes with his bowl. me and small boy interfere with his food every meal since we bought him home.. so just for now i am handfeeding all 3 dogs together taking turns between the three from one big bowl and the last bit of food i tip out on the floor and let them all dig in.. seems to be working as he been sharing nicely for last couple of days.... would you do the same???
