Never thought of that!!! Its time him to get a new collar anyway.. Will look at the harnesses. And try the other suggestions as well!! Not sure why I didnt think of it!! When he's being bad in the house thats what I do.. He doesnt like being ignored at all....

Will keep you all updated on that... Thank you very much!! You all rock

Ok, so here we go.... I told you all I would keep you all up to date on how this is goin...

I got him a harness. Wasnt to much of a problem, putting it on... Let him et used to the feel of it. Because his first collar was a flat one.... So little bit of new experience for him, lol.. Put the lead on him.. And he looked at me, like not this again.. And I decided that the sooner we got this underway the better for him and for me.. So we went outside... And guess what he threw a fit!! So I ignored him.. Got Heidi to do her dance and sit, all the while giving her treats and praisin her. Wasnt saying nothing to him, wasnt lookin at him or anything like that.. After a little bit, he calmed down, and we took a couple of steps.. I praised him and gave him a treat, and he did it all over again... It was a long and STRESSFUL walk. But we did a lot better than we ever have. And we are still working on it... Also instead of just letting him lay down in the house on the lead, I make him walk with me everywhere I go in the house. All the while praising him while he is being good.. I hope this works

Will keep updating as we go along

Is this a harness that fits around the chest?,...or do you mean a head collar?

Its one that goes around the neck and chest? Will get batteries for the camera and take pics to show you.. It looks something like a halter for a horse? If that makes sense.. lol

I think I know the type you mean.
I think he is going to thrash around for a bit, because he doesnt like the feel of it at the moment it will get better though,.. leave it on him when you are home for a bit, let it become second nature, he might still struggle a bit as he feels the pressure of the lead when you go out, but this should lessen as time goes on

Thank you for that.. Lol.. It was kind of stressful, but it was also a little better than normal.. I just hope this works.. Cause I love being able to take my puppies everywhere I go.. We'll keep working at it, and like I said I will keep you all updated on it...
