Odin's classes last night

Back to classes last night , still stuck behind 5 chairs at the back of the room mind you i must say there wasn't much growling going on i think he was just glad to be out , but as the trainer said he is just nervous and needs more socializing lol.
The funny thing is he doesn't have a problem with any of the gsd there he kisses them and just wants to play i think he thinks there all like storm, the trainer personally recommended Rob Alleyne the behaviourist for dogs for Odin and i have just googled him and it said he worked on dog borstal what is anyones thoughts on this it says he is a registered behaviourist.

Hi
I take Sheeba to classes and the man from dog borstal trained my trainer she is called Islana McLaughlin - Bell P.D.T.I I think she is very good . Sheeba is a different dog since she has been going to classes. The class is called Fun 4 Dogs and that is what she makes it fun, saying that Sheeba is always tired out when we get home cos she does a lot of brain training with them .Sheeba loves going
Jo

AWww bless Odin.

I remember Heidi at her first training class when she was 12 wks old, she too spent the first few lessons hidden behind the chair, she soon over came this & ended up being the top of the her class.

Rob Alleyne, was the colored chap on `Dog Borstal`, he was always the one we liked the look off, there was only two men on the program, the other was Mick somebody

This Rob, was supposed to very very qualified, so you should be quite happy if you get to deal with him

had to laugh at myself last night the trainer was showing us with another gsd all the hand signs sit down, stay etc and all i kept thinking heck i will settle if i can just get him to sit or down at the moment as come here is just a blank look at me now and off he trots as to say sod off ... i keep saying please someone give me an obedient dog and well behaved and one that the postman doesn't have to just leave my signed for letter or parcels and leg it as Odin shows his teeth ( he's really a pussy cat ) all i want is for him to sit stay and walk at heal and to know he is ok out and about is that to much to ask ha hahha who am i kidding is going to be a long hard struggle uphill

I hope the training classes go well for Odin.

I met Rob Alleyne at my local NAWT open day, he was a lovely guy and has a GSD or did at the time so he was pleased to meet Deez and I've also met Mic Martin, his training school is about 20mins from me. Diesel was taken to him at 6months and we were enrolled on his course but due to Diesel getting Pano we had to withdraw.
