Any ideas

where I can get a very, very long lead from?

I have found a fantastic field to walk Harvey and Ellie in, only problem is there are horses in one field and sheep in the next one. With Ellie being relatively new here, I would hate anything to happen so am looking for a long lead.

Any ideas gratefully received.

Thanks.

Might sound odd but a few years ago when we wanted a long lead for Remy we ended up going to a saddlery and got a horse lead, very long and if its strong enough to hold a horse then a GSD should be no problem, we also found a pair of winter riding boots for my wife for the walks through muddy fields, better than wellies

Regards

Ian

Billy Sitch has a spectacular aura about
I got a 50 foot lunging rein from an equine shop called Horsatack for £8 and 30 foot ones were £5.

If you have an equestrian shop near you I would have a look there first as they tend to be better than pet shop ones in my opinion.
