Archie peed on my father

Marking.

Almost all male dogs do it, and some females do as well.

Archie only learned how at the kennels a few months ago, but my God, it's annoying.

So anyway, Archie and my father and my grandmother and I went for a walk on the beach today. Dad and I stopped for a moment, just to look around, and there was a stick on the ground that another dog had evidently weed on.

Unfortunately, Dad was standing right next to this peed-on stick. Archie's aim has always been... somewhat unreliable. Otherwise he wouldn't wee on his own front feet so often, or miss the thing he's supposed to be marking with such frequency. Sometimes he's about a foot off.

You can see where this is going.

Dad got his foot peed on. He's deeply disappointed in Archie at the moment. Deeply. I, personally, can't stop laughing about it.

How funny

Many years ago when had first gsd (Sabre), we also had a white lab, Shen.
We lived near Hollingworth Lake - my sister (Zetstaf) and I had taken both boys up to the lake and they were off lead trolling around. People were sat along a wall, which at the back was the same level as the grass run. Shen cocked his leg on the back of a young man - he had an anarak on and didn't notice. My sis and I just walked away...... not our dog !!!
