You are going to find it really difficult to tell whether it is the implant/castration that has had any affect on his behaviour or the addition of a pup.
He is going to be naturally bossy with a pup, especially when it has reached the end of its 'puppy license' stage, he is going to want to and need to put her in her place.
I think you are going to have your work cut out - especially if you get a puppy from working lines.

Totally agree with you Sue
The pup will have her first season and maybe a 2nd.
As regard the implant well its made no difference to his behaviour that I can tell so far but its early days yet, he had it done on the 16th feb.
I plan on total seperation when she comes into season the boys will not see her at all.
She is due to be born around the 13th April

I have a doogy room in the extension for when I need to leave them with separate doors to the garden. Luckily a side garden and a rear garden

I have no issues with Kaiser and Troy together and im sure properly introduced they will be fine.
Yes I know I will have my work cut out and im going into it with my eyes wide open, I plan to work her in Working trials, Obedience and Agility.
