.... but this is a two way thing,.. here is a video of someone telling us how she does it,..o.k. interesting I admit, but our dogs are not daft,.. they can also learn from us, so you dont need to go around doing the things that she is saying,.. just act normal, our dogs are inteligent enough to know our looks and feelings by the way we act,...its a natural thing both ways

I agree. I have tried yawning to Bodie, licking lips, looking away, he just ignores me. We have our own 2 way thing going on. They say dont look into a dogs eyes too long. We constantly look at each other, sometimes not a word mentioned or an expression. I am amazed how much he knows me, looking for the command or suggestion, the amount of words he knows, not even taught, just picks out in converstaion. One hint of a smile from me, his ears go back ready for play, he can wrap me round his little paw sometimes

I haven't tried any of the things she suggests as little Miss is asleep I do like her style though, I have watched loads of her training videos which are very good.
I agree that you have your own way of communicating with your own dog and that they understand so much more than we realise sometimes!!! Bonnie picks up so many things, from body movements to words! Its like she knows what I'm about to do/say before I do at times
