Bloody GSD owners!

There is a lady in this area who breeds GSD's small time and walks her 3 locally, mum, son and daughter.
We have met her several times and found her male dog to be quite a bully and the bitches get involved too once he starts on someone. On one occasion he dog bit Ted's tail when he was trying to get away and hard enough for him to scream out. Nothing was made of it at the time and I know Ted is a big wimp when it comes to assertive dogs, but needless to say we are not keen on a repeat performance.
Anyway she has now moved into our very local area and is making herself very, very unpopular on one of our regular walks, which is rubbing off on us!
She is ALWAYS on her mobile phone and not paying attention to her pack, who charge in to any approaching dog and sometimes it gets quite nasty.
When my husband last saw her, he called Ted to him and held his collar. On this occasion she shouted at him that it was our fault for being over protective. Bloody cheek!
Anyway we have noticed that on that particular walk we are being viewed with great suspicion by other dog walkers and the incidents of people scooping up their dogs when they see us approach have really increased. Ted loves to play with other dogs but is not getting the chance due to a distrust of German Shepherds generally. When you talk to these people, they all use this woman as the reason for their nervousness and have stories to tell of how their dog has come off badly.
This woman is a BREEDER! I am getting sick of the bad reputation she is spreading around about a breed that she presumably loves. I have been told that the dog warden has been informed but she is typical in as much because she has been breeding for 16 years and cannot be wrong!
Such a shame, we are now avoiding that lovely walk as we just don't want to be treated like lepers by others or in fact meet her and have more shouting matches with her.
Why are people so reluctant to take responsibility for their dog's behaviour?

poor you. this must be so frustrating.. this sort of thing gets my goat and i start planning ways to eliminate human beings and there trouble making problems...GRRRRRRRRR. dont know what to suggest .. be good in a way if her boy bullied someone else and it was reported then warden would have to listen....

The best thing you can do is find out her name + prefix etc then we can ALL tell her what a complete ***** she is

If I had a quid for every person that lets theirs run off lead over to my bulldozies, who are apparently the scariest most aggressive dogs IN THE WORLD,................. well you know what I mean

That`s a real shame she has ruined this walk for you and Ted. It bugs me when dog owners are on their phones instead of paying attention to their dog/dogs.

Whenever I`m out walking with friends with their dogs it is impossible to have a fluid conversation as we`re always watching what our dogs are doing and watching out for other people/dogs/prams/joggers etc on the same walk, to which we then bring all dogs into the side and make them either sit or go down until people have passed. On the rare occasion we actually get a thankyou but that is very rare indeed

Report her to the dog warden hun, even if they don't do anything about it right now it's on record.

People just seem to think they have the right to let their dog off lead to do as it chooses.....I've had encounters with people who allow their dogs to run over to my two when on lead then turn their backs cos they have no recall, they soon get verbal abuse because why should my boys be put in a position like that and then made out to be bad dogs.

I walk with other dog owners and we are never ever on phones, like T&C's it's hard to have a conversation flow cos we're all watching our dogs and reacting to things.

Irresponsible dog owners are selfish and ruining the reputations of good owners
