Bloody Yorkie!!

Almost everytime Lynne or I walk Bailey past this house a Yorkshire Terrier appears from no where and starts snapping and snarling at Bailey who does his normal thing of standing over him tilting his head from side to side looking puzzled.
On this occassion he took two attempts at biting his underside, when for once the owner appeared at the front door, in an attempt to be amusing he said his dog is very brave when a dog is on a lead.
I asked him if he thought it was appropriate that his dog had the run of the road, asking him if the situation was reversed and he walked past my house and Bailey came tearing out of my front gate and terrorised passers by, what would be his reaction.
He's only little compared to him!!!
With that his dog went for Bailey again, asking him to remove his dog or I would drop the lead and let Bailey defend himself (rightly or wrongly I'm not sure) and Bailey would have almost certainly run home anyway!
He reached down and picked up his dog who with lightning speed turned and latched onto this guys arm, rightly or wrongly again!! I found this amusing as the dog was drawing blood and we turned to walk home, saying to him he's only a little dog whats the problem...
I've just found out from another nieghbour that the guy has had seven stitches put in his arm.

Matrix/Logan has a spectacular aura about
Maybe then he lets it run about on it's own in the hope that it doesn't return?? Which makes me feel a little sad that if he had bought it up better it would be living a nice life and not one where it feels the need to attack anything that moves!

Good job it isn't a GSD!!!

Wonder if the owner learnt anything by this incident??

LOVEGSD is just really niceLOVEGSD is just really nice
Some would say that's karma

Sounds like a nasty little blighter! I hate this attitude, that it's ok to laugh off this dogs aggression towards Bailey when like you say Ray if it was the other way round you'd have been subjected to abuse about having an aggressive dog

I would say the owner definitely got what he deserved. Why do some people think that aggression isn't a problem if the dog is small? Children tend to think little dogs must be puppies and when the little dog is snappy and has an idiotic owner you are asking for trouble
