I was walking Zak one night in our local field, a group of teenagers were smoking summat they shouldn't have been lol One saw me and Zak and said quick it's a 'sniffer dog' lol ... the one that was holding the 'smoke' said 'Oh shit' and stamped it out on the ground ..... lmao ...

You could have said that he was a spaniel in disguise.

Tony.

lol ................ My hubby loves Spaniels, I said people WILL think we are police if we owned a GSD and a spaniel .... lol

Zak was with his old owner when we got him, who told us he was a traffic policeman, so Zak WAS a Policeman's dog lol

I bought her a flashing collar clip thing earlier, like a red/blue/white strobe so i can see where she is in the field at night, anyway she barked at 2 lads hanging around on the footbridge with her light flashing tonight... Who then asked if she was a police dog? Thinking they must mean the "type of police dog" i said yes mate , shes a german shepherd.

As we walked past his mate genuinely asked him "why are they fitting lights to em now then, is it just when they're looking for someone?"
That sounds about right
