Don't get too excited!
As some of you may know, I have been on a quest for another GSD for some time but OH is reluctant.
Anyhow, South West GSD Rescue have put out a plea for Christmas fosterers for the two weeks and he has agreed that as long as it is the right dog, we can go for it! (The right dog meaning that Ted and the cats are happy). I have put a call into them and am waiting for their response. Meanwhile I am desperately trying not to get too excited in case they have nothing that would he happy here or if it all goes horribly wrong. But if I can give a good Christmas to a needy dog at least I have done something worthwhile, even if it doesn't turn out to be a permanent arrangement. Stage One of operation second dog is complete...............
