Getting cold

With the temperatures dropping like a stone, and snow on the way, do your dogs like or loathe cold weather? Rudi likes it cool but Kimber will lie outside in a blizzard.

sami is a jewel in the rough
Leo loves the snow, he prefers it cool, will pant at the slightest raise in temperature .

Sami loved her comfort and prefered it warm. She loved to be covered up and snuggled and when we had a logburner put it last year she lay in front of it like a cat, she adored it.

Lukey likes to be cool - it is well below zero (wind blowing too) in the North East and he is outside with a marrow bone as I type.

I even bought him a 'cool bed' which is in the kitchen next to his crate.

He doesn't really pant indoors but prefers to be on a cool surface

he he my 2 are snuggled up in bed as I type

Boris doesn't mind really but doesn't like it too cold. Princess Tilly won't even go out the back door

Not surprising really they're bald underneath + no big furry coat to keep them warm

Olli prefers cool to warm and can frequently be found laying across doors for the cool draught. Highest temp I can have the heating is 18 degrees, anything after that and he's asking to be out in the cold conservatory.

It's just started to snow here on Teesside and I'm so excited it's reiculous! Olli's never seen snow before so we're off for a walk now before it lays and then I fully intend on playing out in the snow a bit later on when we've hopefully got a couple of inches laying nicely!

How old is he then Willo as we had feet of the stuff last year - I think it sounds like Ollie is just an excuse for you to play

Ah right, I saw the measure thing on the bottom just as I pressed the sumbit key - he is only 10 months old, still a baby - they are big babies though
