I believe it can be done but not in all cases. The same as humans really.

This isn't about individual dogs though, this is about an entire breed or breeds. Every breed will have rogue dogs, but they're not all the same. That's why BSL is so horribly wrong

Absolutely....deed not breed!! I've know some bloody nasty little handbag dogs but due to their size they wouldn't be deemed dangerous
