Can't see the thread as both the links won't work for me. But one thing to note is ANY number that begins "070" will charge a slightly higher rate and could be a telesafe number - They place a bogus free ad for a car that is massively overpriced etc, pick telesafe to hide your number and it gives a 070 number that diverts to your phone, then use then number to advertise something else (in the motor trade scam, this is usually for a deposit to hold a car which is valued keenly and has someone else interested?) easily the same for a dog. Then they cancel the free-ad and you have no comeback number and the location is usually not theirs either...

Be very very aware of these is my 2p's worth.

he obtains dogs through the free ads and sells them on..he currently has 2 female GSD's for sale a 3 year old (says she pregnant) for 300.00 on Pets for homes and Gumtree

and another 2 year old ( also pregnant) for £400.00 advertised on Gumtree

He also does not keep the dogs at the house...only takes them there when someone has shown an interest in seeing them.

I have spent hours outside his house trying to find where he keeps the dogs, I suspect he has got a lock up somewhere, but as the RSPCA wont help..I am alone in trying to stop this guy.

I have been to the council, rspca, benefits office, environmental health, the local MP, and have given them proof he is trading as a "pet shop" while on benefits, the local paper wont print as they think because he's Kosovan that it could be construed as racist ( quite frankly I dont give a s*** if he is green and from Mars I just want him stopped dealing in dogs lives.
the whole family live on benefits and the house is council, paid for by the housing benefit system, I have also contacted them, but obviously when they go there no dogs are in evidence.

My concern is that these pregnant females with begin to give birth and he won’t get them the vet treatment they may need.

CJW64 on our board, volunteers for the rspca and she bought a pregnant female off him early last year, she was being kept in a tea chest for shelter with no blankets, nothing.
and the RSPCA still wouldn’t do anything.

The dog was fostered by a member and went on to have healthy puppies that were all
re-homed.

I took every advert he had placed over the last two years down to the benefits office, with all the details of the family..there are several brothers and sisters..Albert is the older brother who he relies upon to collect the dogs and bring them to the house ( drives a 2008 X5 which he had from new) Nice if the benefits system pays for it all.

I didnt try the inland revenue as none of them work.

Wood Green Animal shelters have them listed as a client owning a staffie, but have now been removed from their lists as they are traders.

The property is not owned it is rented to them by London Borough of Haringey ( and we all know how efficient they are) and is paid for by housing benefit.

When I first went to the property he had a puppy GSD approx 12 weeks old, terrible diarrhoea and I asked if she had seen a vet... I was told that they use the charity vets( wood green animal shelter) as they didn’t have the money to pay for treatment.

I first went there to home check ( 4/11/08) them for a dog Called Bruno a rescue from Lyn Cook at west Essex, it was my belief at that time that he wanted the male to breed with the female when she was older, as he kept asking me "did I know the price of GSD puppies" Needless to say he didnt get any dog through a rescue..I turned him down immediately.
However I then noticed that he had dogs advertised through the free ads, including the small puppy, and have been trying to stop him ever since.

He to my knowledge has sold on more than 30 dogs, one last year I knew was a dog that should not be re-homed to a family, I had spoken to the original owner and he said it was a guard dog, the only person who could get close to it was the person who feeds it... yet Besi Tahiri got the dog and advertised it through Gumtree as a family pet. I have copies of the advert that I took to the council, if a child got bitten badly I didn’t want the breed to be maligned, due to his evil trading. They as usual did nothing.

I spoke to my MP... she wrote to the council asking for this to be checked, they said they would send a vet round to the address, (what point would there be in that, the dogs are not kept there) hence I was stumped again..

The families names are as follows ( and he uses any of them to try and obtain a dog)

On one of the ads also, his address ( one of them ) is positioned in the road by postcode on the map in the side box, so google earth may show some sort of kennels in a garden? I believe streetview is also in that area

Hi I have just jointed this forum today to thank you for the information about this man and his family you have given on this site. Recently I posted an advert on the internet regarding my Alsatian/German sheppard, has I have him up for sale. Last night I got a text asking me if he was still for sale, so I replied that he was. Later on in the night I recieved some more texts asking me to drop the price has he needed to travel from london and also asked if he was spayed!!!! I corrected him on the fact that he was a boy and not a girl. However I gave him my addresss, and to be honest something bothered me about the texts I recieved. I decided to look upon the internet this morning and typed in the number this person was texting from. The search engine lead me to this site, with the number clearly placed as one of the many he seems to use. I am so glad that I did this has I clearly stated in my ad that he was well suited to a family and preferably with another animal. Needless to say I contacted him and told him that he was no longer for sale. If it was not for me having a hunch and this site "Rocky" may have gone to someone who is not fit to look after animals. Again thankyou for the information that you provided.

It's so good to hear that this site has helped you. Thank god Rocky did not go to this man!

Have you considered giving him to a GSD rescue so they can ensure he is homed with the right family?
