Dog insurance, Penalises responsible owners

This is why I left the UK. I have to pay a doggy reggo here as Arch and Ella-Bella are de-sexed it's $37AUD each which goes towards the maintenance of the dog walking parks and I had to get a special permit in order to have Harry as you can only own two dogs here...any more than two the dog warden has to inspect your property.

With the state of the UK I would have thought they'd have better things to do than waste time on this - the solution is simple really - everyone knows where the problem lies - it's just the government is too wrapped up in the "human rights" of people who do nothing more than break the law and intimidate law abiding citizens.

I think that all the chavs should have to have the contraception injection so they can't breed.....
